We offer a 7-day return window — you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will:
- Email you a return shipping label
- Share instructions on how and where to send your item
Please do not send any items back without approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
